What comes with your rose.
Roselle Sync With App, magnetic USB charging cable and the setup information supplied with your model. Keep the app instructions for pairing and troubleshooting.
A simple routine.
- Read the included instructions and charge with the specified equipment.
- Disconnect the charger. Begin gently, using compatible water-based lubricant if needed.
- Choose a comfortable setting and stop if anything feels uncomfortable.
- Switch off and disconnect before cleaning. Follow your model’s instructions for cleaning and water resistance. Keep charging contacts completely dry and allow the device to dry before storing it. Use the supplied charger; do not improvise a cable or connect exposed wires.

Does every rose toy have an app?
No. Classic, Kiss and Duo use manual controls. Sync is the connected option in this collection.
Plain packaging. Clear support.
Orders are sent in discreet, unmarked outer packaging. Allow 1–2 business days for processing, plus your destination’s transit time. Review shipping availability, costs and taxes at checkout.
Unopened, unused returns may be requested within 30 days, subject to hygiene conditions, return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Report defective or incorrect items within 90 days. Statutory rights are unaffected.
