Ordering and Payment

Shipping and Delivery
Allow 1–2 business days for order processing in addition to the estimated shipping time for your destination. Orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel before shipment by emailing service@rosetoy.net with a clear cancellation request. Once the parcel has shipped and tracking has been issued, it cannot be cancelled. Pre-shipment cancellations receive a full refund as described in our returns policy.
Returns and Refunds
Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to the complete conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Products must be in their original, complete and undamaged packaging. Contact our team and confirm the return process before sending a package.
Standard returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the total order amount, and the customer is responsible for the corresponding return-shipping costs. Refunds are arranged after the returned items have been received and inspected. The published refund-processing time is 1–3 business days after approval.
Opened intimate products cannot be returned for a change of mind or personal preference after use. The hygiene restrictions and exceptions for products found defective or broken upon unpacking are explained in the full returns policy.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 90 days of delivery about a defective or incorrect item. This product-issue window is separate from the 30-day unopened-return window. After 90 days, the current policy does not offer replacements or refunds.
If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos or a video. Our published policy provides a free re-shipment or a full refund in this situation. When an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, the customer is not responsible for the related return-shipping cost.
